Policy for Digital Coloring Page Packages, Gift Cards, and Brand Usage

Upon purchasing our bundle(s), which consist of sets of 10, 50, or 114 digital coloring pages (currently offered as Bundles A to C), you agree to our Policy for Digital Coloring Page Packages. Additionally, please note that gift cards are also subject to these terms. You are prohibited from using, reproducing, or displaying the Coloringpages.studio logo, brand name, or any other brand elements without prior written permission, regardless of whether you have made a purchase. This restriction is in place to protect our brand identity and intellectual property rights. Violations of this policy may result in legal action. Age Restrictions

We are committed to protecting the privacy of minors. If our website collects data from individuals under the age of 16, we require parental consent in accordance with GDPR. For residents of California under the age of 13, we adhere to the CCPA requirement that necessitates parental consent before collecting personal information. Additionally, individuals under these age limits may not make purchases on our website without obtaining verifiable parental consent.

 

If you believe we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child without the necessary consent, or if a minor has made a purchase without such consent, please contact us immediately, and we will take appropriate steps to address the situation.

Download Conditions

Our digital coloring page packages and gift cards are downloadable once per purchase. Customers are encouraged to complete the download immediately after purchase. If you fail to download the package immediately, please note that you may have a limited time to access the download.
 

Download Issues

If something goes wrong during the digital transmission, such as an incomplete download, customers can contact us. We are ready to resolve any issues quickly.
 

New Download Option

Use and Distribution

Upon purchasing our digital coloring page packages, the customer obtains an individual license for personal use. This license does not allow the customer to distribute, share, or publicly disclose the coloring pages in any way, either digitally or physically, without prior written permission from Coloringpages.studio. By purchasing, the customer agrees to these terms, committing to the provisions regarding the use of the coloring pages. This policy is intended to protect the intellectual property rights of Coloringpages.studio and to ensure fair and lawful handling of our products.

Additionally, the Coloringpages.studio logo, brand name, and branding elements are registered trademarks and may not be used without express permission. We take pride in our brand and its representation, and we request that our customers respect the integrity of our logo and branding by not altering, modifying, or using them in any unauthorized manner.

 

Gift Card Terms and Conditions

Gift cards purchased from Coloringpages.studio are digital only and can be used exclusively towards any digital coloring page package available on our webstore. By purchasing or using a gift card, you agree to the following terms:
 

• Redemption: Gift cards are redeemable exclusively for bundles or other items available at Coloringpages.studio's webstore. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
   

• Purchase: Gift cards can only be purchased through our webstore.
   

• Expiration: Gift cards are valid for a minimum of five years from the date of purchase, in accordance with applicable Dutch law, which ensures that consumers have ample time to use their gift cards. After this period, any remaining balance will expire.
   

• Refunds and Remaining Credit: In accordance with Dutch consumer protection laws, gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Once a gift card is purchased, the funds are typically considered spent, and the company is not obligated to return any remaining balance. Any remaining balance on a gift card must be used within the validity period of five years. After this period, any unused balance will expire.
   

• Insolvency or Closure: In the event of insolvency or closure of Coloringpages.studio, the ability to redeem gift cards or the value thereof may be rendered impossible. Under such circumstances, no claims shall be made against Coloringpages.studio or its affiliates regarding unredeemed gift cards or any remaining balances.
   

• Lost or Stolen Cards: Treat this card as cash; it will not be replaced if lost or stolen. Please keep your gift card secure.
   

• Non-Transferable: Gift cards are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged.
   

Cooling-Off Period for Digital Products

In accordance with applicable Dutch and EU consumer protection laws, customers are entitled to a cooling-off period of fourteen (14) days from the date of purchase for all digital products, including but not limited to downloadable coloring pages and digital gift cards.
 

• Right of Withdrawal: Customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase without providing any reason within the specified cooling-off period. This right applies unless the customer has initiated the download of the digital content, in which case the right of withdrawal may be forfeited.
   

• Exclusions: The right of withdrawal will not apply if the customer has commenced the downloading or streaming of the digital content, thereby acknowledging that they forfeit their right to cancel the purchase once the download has begun.
   

• Notification of Withdrawal: To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform Coloringpages.studio of their decision to withdraw from the purchase within the cooling-off period, using a clear statement via our contact form.
   

• Refund Obligations: Upon valid withdrawal, Coloringpages.studio is obligated to reimburse the customer for all payments received, including the costs of delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which the company is informed of the customer's decision to withdraw.
   

This cooling-off period policy is intended to ensure transparency and consumer protection, in full respect of applicable laws and regulations governing consumer rights in the European Union and the Netherlands.
 

Response Time

We strive to respond to all customer inquiries and requests within 5 working days to ensure prompt assistance and resolution of any issues.
 

Applicable Law

This policy is governed by Dutch law. In the event of disputes arising from or related to this policy, the parties will attempt to resolve the dispute amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
